  • PSA-issued birth certificate
  • Senior High school report card
  • Certificate of Good Moral Character
  • Enrollment Fee - Php 1,500.00

  • Transcript of Record (informative copy)
  • Transfer of Credentials
  • Certificate of Good Moral Character
  • Interview with the Office of Student Affairs and Services (OSAS) 
  • Josenian College Admission Test (JCAT) result
  • PSA-issued birth certificate
